Alex will serve as a single point of contact for all IT related issues to C-level Executives on a broad range of systems issues. Alex demonstrates ownership and manages incident resolution from end-to-end, marshaling internal or external resources to provide resolutions and information in a highly responsive manner. Alex's profile includes superior communication, customer care, listening skills and dealing with senior level executives. His role requires frequent short notice travel. In addition Alex will evaluate emerging technologies and software life cycles for compatibility with current systems, lead project initiatives to deliver new technology and improvement projects.
